Topic: Using Thinstall on Pen Drives?

Can I use Thinstall on pen drives to distribute it to staff. Once an application has been created how is it used? I am trying out the different trial software options and want to get a better idea of what I can do before I start to target the tesing as they are all time limited.

I know that you can use VMWare via a browser to access the server side stuff, and you can use a USB drive to authenticate the user. I don't know about launching an app from it though.

I wouldn't think that a pen drive would be large enough to launch the applications but I could be wrong.  I haven't seen to many that can be used on removable drives.

Actually many can be launched in that way. I can't comment on all of them, but some can. Don't forget, many of the clients that claim to have some stand alone use only have the stuff run off a small flash chip that is very similar to that which is contained in a USB drive.
