What does MS mean by Flexible Licencing Policies. As far as I can tell MS have some of the most difficult licencing policies of all whats changed in 08?

There is an explanation of Flexible Licencing by Product. All in all they have offered you the chance to run more than one instance in virtual space of the main product depending on what version you buy. the explanation is here http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/highlights/virtualization.mspx
