Topic: Why would I get one?

What would you say the main advantage over the competition of a Chip PC thin client would be? I'm still unconvinced that Dell and HP can be topped when it comes to quality and client service, but maybe you guys know better.

Well I would never have thought I would hear someone say that Dell could not be topped when it came to quality... lol I think that Chip is likely to be much better as Dell tends to be at the budget end of the market.

I can't speak about Dell I don't have a huge amount of experience with their after sales support. But HP are one of the worst I have used when it comes to dealing with hardware warranty problems. Even on high end business systems they are slow and unreliable.
